The mineral powder pellet binder is polymerized from high-molecular environmentally friendly materials, featuring properties such as hydrophilicity, complexation, and cold-setting. It is widely used in processing various metallurgical powder materials, including iron ore powder, silicon ore powder, manganese ore powder, phosphate ore powder, silicon carbide, blast furnace dust, converter dust, and refractory materials. The cold-pressed pellets produced are extensively used as furnace charges for blast furnaces, direct reduction furnaces, iron-melting furnaces, and gas producers. The product characteristics are as follows:
1. Wide applicability: Strong affinity for various metal ore powders such as iron ore powder, manganese ore powder, chromium ore powder, silicon-manganese alloy powder, iron concentrate, vanadium-titanium iron powder, as well as phosphate ore powder, silicon carbide, blast furnace dust, converter dust, and refractory materials.
2. Easy to use: Simply mix the binder with other powder materials, add water, stir evenly, and then cold-press into shape.
3. Strong bonding force: High viscosity, high pellet formation rate, and high cold and hot strength, meeting furnace charge requirements.
4. Cost reduction: Low additive amount, strong bonding force, cold-press forming, simple process, minimal equipment investment, and reduced production costs.
5. Environmentally friendly: Does not reduce pellet grade, with no harmful chemical additives.
6. Excellent performance: Produces 65-100 tons of pellets per ton of binder, with a formation rate of 98%. Wet pellets remain intact after a 2-meter drop, cold strength reaches 100 kg per pellet, and hot strength (fired at 1200°C) remains intact after a 0.8-meter drop. Widely recognized by users.
